This is a Pastel I did last winter, from a photo I took near the river Saint Charles in Québec city.
I'm pretty happy with the snow and light effect, but a bit less with my trees..
I'll try to do more studies with trees and branches next time..I know the more it's simple, better it is...but it's still harder when painting !
